Quality Control

It is our continued endeavor to fulfill all aspects of Q.H.S.E requirements (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) determined by local and international regulations.

We are fully committed to achieving and maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout the distribution operation and have a fully documented Health & Safety policy in place. Alongside our own commitment, we also encourage our suppliers to uphold the same high standards and code of conduct.

All personnel are trained to undertake the tasks for which they have been employed and training records are maintained. Team members are issued with PPE such as safety shoes, high visibility vests, masks and gloves, and they are briefed on safety measures, evacuation and assembly procedures during a structured induction program. We have trained fire fighters and first aiders who help to promote a safe environment at the facilities.

RHS Logistics in engaged in the provision of 3PL Logistics and consistently strives to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers. This Quality Policy reflects the commitment of the top management and the members of RHS Logistics to Quality, Safety, Environmental Care, in its mission to continually exceed customer expectations through added-value activities, complete product care with safe and legal storage, efficient distribution of products (if in scope), being responsible, accurate inventory control, timely services, provision of comprehensive management information and Quality performance. whilst complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

We maintain and continuously improve a management system that complies with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015 & BRC Global Standard for storage and distribution issue 04.

RHS Logistics Quality Management System is designed to continually improve performance by identifying and addressing the needs of our customers. In order for us to achieve continual improvement, we have set and will maintain, review and where necessary revise quality objectives with the aim of continually improving our performance. We are committed to adhere to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements as per UAE laws.
